Both Plan 1 and Plan 2 additionally include:
- Panoramic X-ray for $80.00 1 time every 5 years

Dental Program Guidelines
- The patient’s portion of the bill is due the day of the service.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan.
- No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if the participant decided not to utilize the dental plan.
- Outside financing(ex. CareCredit) may not be used to pay the annual fee.

Dr. Dhaniele Miller, DDS
Dr. Dhaniele Miller is a Saint Louis native and is proud to be practicing dentistry here in Chesterfield, MO. She graduated from Lafayette high school and then went on to obtain her undergrad in Psychology at the University of Missouri Kansas City. She pursued her passion for creating healthy smiles at UMKC School of Dentistry in 2013. Dr. Dhaniele Miller enjoys spending time with friends and family, being physically active and cheering on the Cardinals, Blues, and Chiefs!

Since graduating from dental school, Dr. Miller has been steadfast in his pursuit of continuing education. He is always striving to build upon sound fundamentals with the latest advancements in dentistry, in order to offer top-of-the-line treatment to his patients.
When he’s not at the office, you can find Dr. Miller spending time with friends and family, dreaming up new home improvement projects, and cheering on the Cardinals and the Blues.
Dr. Dan Miller has been practicing dentistry since 2010. He is a product of small town Moberly, MO, and currently resides in the Wildwood area with his wife Dr. Dhaniele Miller, DDS, their two boys, and two dogs.
