Wildhorse Dental Wellness Plan is a savings plan designed to provide our patients with a convenient, flexible in-house benefit option at an affordable price. It is a discounted rate for all services, only good at Wildhorse Dental.

$ 400/year

Dental Program Guidelines


•  The patient's portion of the bill is due the day of the service.
•  Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan.
•  No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if the participant decided not to utilize the dental plan.
•  Outside financing(ex. CareCredit) may not be used to pay the annual fee.
